Welcome
Infusions Restaurant offers Culinary Arts students a space to learn, practice and excel. All meals are hand-crafted by students who are passionate about food. Under the supervision and guidance of Red Seal Chef Instructors, and Executive Chef, Ruth Wigman, students receive real-world training to prepare them for a career in the food and beverage industry.

Beverage Services at Infusions Restaurant
At Infusions, you can choose from our local BC wine, beer, and cider. If you have a favorite BC VQA wine our corkage fee $10.00. Enjoy our student's non-alcoholic special drinks as well as many other local non- alcoholic drinks!

Gratuities are not accepted; however, should you wish to recognize the efforts of our students by contributing to our ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Culinary & Pastry Arts Student Success Fund, please speak to your server in advance of receiving your final bill.
