Missing Grades/Grade changes
The Registrar’s Office only receives final grades. Instructors enter final grades directly onto the student's record. Students can view their final grades through their account. When the grades can be viewed through their myOkanagan account the grade will also be entered on their transcript.
Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: log in to the student portal using your Ðǿմ«Ã½ credentials.
Step 2: Self-Serve, then please click on the following:
- Student tab
- Student records
- Final Grades
- Or alternatively View/Print unofficial Transcript
By using these instructions if the instructor has entered the final grade for your courses, you can view them. If you do not see your final grade you will need to contact your instructor to enter the final grade on our Banner system.
Some instructors communicate with students through Moodle, this is not a platform that the registrar’s office uses. Please contact your instructor to enter the grades on our Banner system so they will be saved to your academic record.
If a student has received a grade that they feel is incorrect, the student will need to speak with the instructor. The instructor needs to inform the Office of the Registrar to input a grade change.

University level courses are three credit hours each. If you have completed five courses and your hours only show 12 credits completed, the student will need to contact Registration to recalculate the term GPA.
If you are notified of your final grade in Moodle, it will not be entered on your final transcript. If you can see the grade through your myOkanagan account, it will have been entered on your transcript. Then you can request your official final transcript.
